3. Cookies and Analytics

We use two third-party analytics services to understand how visitors use the Site and to improve it. We don’t use these tools to identify you personally.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service from Google LLC. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as how often you visit the Site, which pages you view, and which sites referred you to us. We use it only to measure and improve the Site’s performance. To learn more about how Google uses this data, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. To stop Google Analytics from collecting data about your visits, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Microsoft Clarity

We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay. We use this information to improve our products and services, including finding usability problems and improving the Site’s layout and content. Website usage data is captured using first-party and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products and services and online activity. We also use this information for site optimization and fraud/security purposes. For more information about how Microsoft collects and uses your data, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Clarity session recordings are set up to mask text you type into form fields, so the contents of your submissions aren’t captured in recordings.

Managing cookies

Most web browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. If you do, some parts of the Site may not work as intended.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share information only in these situations:

  • With client organizations. If you’re a candidate, we may share your resume, qualifications, and related information with client organizations considering you for a position. We normally discuss an opportunity with you before we present your candidacy.
  • With service providers. We use trusted vendors to help run our business, such as website hosting, email, analytics, and applicant or client management software. They may access personal information only to perform services for us.
  • For legal reasons. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to respond to lawful requests from public authorities, protect our rights or property, or protect anyone’s safety.
  • In a business transfer. If Adkisson is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  • With your consent. We may share information in other ways when you ask us to or agree to it.

5. Resumes and CVs

Resumes and CVs submitted through the Site go directly to our staff. They are never posted publicly on the Site. We keep submitted resumes so that we can consider you for future opportunities that fit your background. If you’d like us to remove your resume from our records, contact us as described in Section 11.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as we reasonably need it for the purposes in this policy. That includes keeping candidate information so we can consider you for future searches, unless you ask us to delete it. We may keep some information longer if the law requires it or if we need it to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the personal information we hold. However, no method of sending data over the internet or storing it electronically is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Rights

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or out-of-date information
  • Delete your personal information
  • Stop contacting you about opportunities or services

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, such as the right to opt out of certain types of processing. We will honor these requests as the law requires. To make a request, contact us as described in Section 11. We may need to verify your identity before we complete your request. We won’t discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
