Psychiatrist – University Park, Pennsylvania

Pennsylvania State University is seeking BC/BE Psychiatrists to join their team. The Psychiatry services function under the auspices of Student Affairs and are fully supported by a comprehensive department of professional staff and clinicians that make up the University’s Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) Department. The Penn State, University Park campus located in State College, PA, is their largest campus with a student enrollment of more than 46,000.

In addition to providing clinical services for students, the psychiatrists work collaboratively with other CAPS team members and departments on campus. There are NO CALL responsibilities as part of the psychiatry role. CAPS offers an expansive range of services for undergraduate and graduate students including wellness and self-help options, counseling (group, individual, and couples), crisis intervention, psychiatric services, education, and programming for the Penn State College community. Currently, the services offered through the department are available via various modalities.
