Adkisson Search has been retained by Traverse Health Clinic, a Federally Qualified Health Center in Traverse City, Michigan, to assist with filling their Chief Executive Officer position. The Clinic employs sixty full and part-time staff who serve approximately 4,000 patients in the Grand Traverse region, providing medical and behavioral health services. It also offers a Recovery Program for persons in need of substance use disorder treatment and is a State of Michigan Opioid Health Home for Medicaid enrollees. The Clinic received the Gold Quality Award (top 10% of FQHCs nationwide) from the Health Resources and Services Administration for quality outcomes in 2020.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years’ experience in a leadership role serving a Federally Qualified Health Center, is preferred
- A Master’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration required
- Experience with and knowledge of financial matters including budgeting, reimbursement, and financial compliance issues required
