Site-Visit Members of our team visit your organization to determine your search objectives, obtain a profile of your ideal candidate, tour and assess your facility and gather information about the surrounding community. Job Specification Working closely with you, we develop a position profile that summarizes the findings from the sales consultation and site-visit. This profile ensures a complete understanding of your desired leadership qualities of a candidate and the appropriate selling points of your opportunity. Comprehensive Search Once the criteria of the opportunity is established, the search process begins. We network your opportunity and identify highly-qualified candidates who meet your specifications. Our staff performs thorough phone interviews to determine which candidates are best suited to join your organization. We also interview spouses/significant others, for they play an important role in the decision-making process. Candidate Selection Our search efforts focus on finding only the very best candidate. The next step is the completion of a rigorous qualifying and screening process in which our staff checks references and perform a thorough background investigation to verify work experience. Candidate On-Site Interview Once we have conducted the pre-interview, we present you with the top candidates for your opportunity. Our staff coordinates the arrangements for each candidate to visit your facility and assist you in conducting your own interview process. Finalization and Follow-up We maintain close contact with you and the candidate through contract negotiations and the candidate’s start date. During subsequent months, periodic follow-ups are completed to assess how the newly employed professional is being assimilated into the community and the new position. |
